How deep the URC board really is

The table above says where a courier can fly from URC. Who holds the departures at URC

36 airlines appear on the URC board and they do not hold it evenly. China Southern Airlines is on 55 of the 89 destinations, 61.8 per cent of them, and on 13 of those it is the only airline flying the sector. The way back from URC
