We recruit in Malaysia because the traffic is real in both directions and the Gulf routes from Kuala Lumpur are dense. A courier who already travels can take an assignment and be back within a couple of days, paid for a seat they were going to occupy anyway.
The honest part is the same everywhere. This is not a salary, assignments arrive irregularly and often at awkward hours, and availability matters more than enthusiasm. The flight is paid, the fee is agreed before you accept, and nobody will ever ask you for money to work with us.
