We recruit for the Thailand corridor because the route network is dense, entry for a large number of nationalities is straightforward, and the traffic is real in both directions. A courier who already travels can take a Gulf assignment and be back within a couple of days, paid for a seat they were going to occupy anyway.
The honest part is the same everywhere. This is not a salary, assignments arrive irregularly and often at awkward hours, and availability matters more than enthusiasm. The flight is paid, the fee is agreed before you accept, and nobody will ever ask you for money to work with us.
