OnBoard Courier is an online business. We do not receive customers in person: neither the registered office nor the Dubai branch is a counter, a depot or a place where consignments are handed in. Enquiries, quotations, bookings, courier applications and account matters are handled through this website, the two portals, email and the quote form. Consignments are collected and delivered by the assigned courier at the pickup and delivery points agreed for each assignment.

1. Company
OnBoard Courier is the trading name of ICSL FZE, a free zone establishment registered in the United Arab Emirates. We arrange and broker hand-carry assignments; we are not a courier company, an airline or a freight carrier, and we do not carry consignments ourselves.
OnBoard Courier arranges and brokers hand-carry assignments; it does not operate aircraft and is not an airline or an agent of any airline. We work with several operating partners. Until further notice every assignment is fulfilled through one of them: either the partner books a courier from our network, or the assignment is referred to the partner and carried out by them. The carriage itself is performed under the operating partner's conditions and, in the air, under the airline's conditions of carriage and the applicable international conventions. From January 2027 we will additionally fulfil assignments in our own name.
Our Terms & Conditions set out the basis of every quotation and booking, and our Privacy Policy explains what we do with personal data.
The content of this website is prepared with care, but it is information, not a quotation or a promise of a particular transit time; every assignment is priced and confirmed individually. Airline names, marks and airport codes are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe routes and services. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
ICSL FZE is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction set out in our Terms & Conditions.
